The state department issued new guidelines to embassies and consulates for people flying to come to the United States from six predominantly muslim countries. What are the guidelines saying . What theessentially Supreme Court said is if you had some sort of connection to the United States, you could be allowed to come into the country if you were one from one of these band countries. What a connection means is where the confusion lies and where the interpretation was.
