Our chief meteorologist bill martin is tracking tonights rain. But first to one of the problem spots in sonoma where there has been some flooding in the past few hours, ken. Reporter well this is highway 121 and about an hour ago i was standing right hear in about 2inches of water. You could see all the water in the ditch by the side. This water was coming over the roadway. For one driver, this flooded road came out of nowhere. What happened here on highway 121 was certainly a flash flood. At least from dave bowens perspective. A couple of hours ago there was no water then poof. Reporter bowman and his truck may have been the first bowman and his truck may have been the first one to try to drive through the water.
