This time inside a classroom at palmyra high school. The boy says it was in retaliation for turning his attacker in to police the day before. Hes got to have surgery now. Around 2 45 this morning in chester township. Everyone made it out of the home safely, but were told that the firefighter had minor burns to his hands. And the neighbor is being treated for smoke inhalation. Were learning new information about the officer accused of killing an unarmed black man who was running away from him at the time. While you were sleeping we found out the officer was charged with Excessive Force against another unarmed man, but the charges were later called unfounded. Also a protest rally in North Charleston last night called for justice and better communication between the police and the community. Officer Michael Slager charged with killing walter scott last saturday is now being held without bail.
