Guest it really is an important decision to say that the ballot has to be received by election day, and anything not received by election day will not be counted. Where a District Court judge ruled you could count the ballots for three days after the election, the way that many other states allow. Partiesright now the are scrambling to get the message out that if you want to vote by mail, you better get your ballot in today or tomorrow, because the mail sometimes takes more than a week to get to the clerks office.
