Reporter she says even though the city of oakland settled the wrongful death lawsuit for 450,000, it still doesnt bring her brother back. The coroner found drugs in his system. They said that the cause of death was multiple intoxications and physical exertion. Police are not commenting. The three officers listed in the lawsuit are still on duty. Just an hour ago police and protesters were in a standoff at valencia and 20th and it turned confrontational. Police started making arrests.
