VICTORIA, Texas – It was a tight race between Mandy Lingle and Dale Zuck, candidates for the District 4 seat for the Victoria I.S.D. board.
Lingle came out ahead with 51.72 percent of votes, a difference of 66 votes, from the 926 ballots that were cast for Zuck.
Lingle celebrated with Estella De Los Santos, who also won her race Saturday night, and other members of the Building Our Future Together bond campaign.
“We are excited Team Lingle pulled this off,” Lingle said. “I want to thank my supporters out there. There was tons of support and it was amazing and I could feel it.”
