Team over the last two years have left. 11 out of 15. So when our colleagues leave, we ask the general lift to absorb those patients, carry their own panels and continue to see these patients. I dont know how we can do that. I know you know because we all have Family Members that work at kaiser. We are all members of kaiser. We all get treatment at kaiser. I know you know this and i wish our employers would too and do something about it. Lastly, i think i just want to add that our program has been expanding for the past few years. It used to be a program for teenagers. We are seeing 7 and 8 years old in our program. That is not okay. I have a 10 year old. I dont want my kid to end up in this place. They are not getting more sick. They are just not being seeing. I want that to be very clear. Our youth are not getting more sick. They are not being seeing and treated for mild anxiety adjustment, mild depression. Social skills, things like that. And so they end up getting worse and worse a
