The Governance Committee met a week ago to review both documents as well as a time line for both processes. As you know, we initiate the selfevaluation first and then follow that four weeks later or so with the executive directors evaluation once we received the executive directors selfevaluation. In reviewing both documents, we did not make any changes in the executive director document. We did modify in the board selfevaluation document a couple of questions. Counties are in the purple tier and i want to break down what that means whether you live in the county or do not. Take a look at the list of counties on the list of items on your screen. This is the restrictions for the counties in purple. Items on the left are businesses required to operate outside. They include restaurants, wineries, gyms, museums, zoos, card rooms and places of worship. Those items on the right side can continue indoors. Malls and retail shops can continue inside but at 25 capacity. Beauty shops, barber shops and other personal Care Services can remain inside as long as youre following the appropriate protocols. Keep in mind all of this is a minimum. Some counties are able to do additional restrictions. Thats exactly what happened in San Francisco. Theyve already ended indoor dining. Last weekend here it was packed, people eating indoors and outdoors and now Indoor Dining has shut down because were in the purple tier and now the curfew starts this weekend, tomorrow. This is, of course, in response to covid numbers rising throughout the state. The bay area is maintaining a nightlife and the curfew will make it tougher. They will have to adapt. On the weekends we were allowed until 11 00 and we were happy with the extension while we had it. Some type of spread from the nightlife, i believe so.
