Mike is also running a successful business. He was the second president of c cnas and he now serves as ninth head master of the school in pennsylvania and is visiting professor to college of london. I really appreciate that question because actually when we develop caring across generations with those two demographic shifts in my. That there is enormous opportunity for us to think about how we are we being a whole new social contract in the fabric of our nation weeding and. And the truth is i want to go back to this point about multigenerational relationship and the imports of multigenerational relationships that help bridge a lot of the gaps. I think weve worked really hard in the campaign to think about people who are aging people with disabilities, the caregivers themselves whether their family caregivers or the workers themselves, and really the demographics of who are the workers and one of the need for those workers. But also looking at people like myself or in the Sandwich Generation who are also trying to figure out how we meet the needs of our children and also the needs of her aging parents. Or aging loved ones in our household. And even how we are managing ourselves in
