Malcolm i love being called senior chief. Long while very since i served in the navy. I come from a very old u. S. Military family. For African Americans, it is sort of an achievement. My family started it. My first person to serve was my greatgreatgrandfather. His brother also joined the 111 u. S. Color troops. They guarded the Tennessee Valley during the offensive and he got bored with it, so he joined the u. S. Navy. He transitioned from the u. S. Army to the u. S. Navy and became a landsman aboard a rivering warfare craft on the tennessee river. Predominantly navy, but we accept the army a little

Treasury department, and during the Obama Administration and has done many other things before them. I wont go through them all. David rosenbloom is a visiting professor of tax ace and director of the International Tax program at new york universitys school of law. Hes also been a member of the Kaplan Drysdale law firm. And david has many other accomplishments, but the one ill mention is he also was the top International Tax officials at the Treasury Department back in the carter administration. [laughter] he was very generous leading me into his world for a while and i came to understand more about what was going on and in some ways the bottom line is that he was enormously proud of the country and the experience that he had and lets be blunt he also grew up in the educational environment that he hadnt earned much about Tiananmen Square or the details of the cultural revolution but he had the sense that the vision that we had overseas wasnt the vision that he had inside and so i think we are going to see more of that kind of clash in the years ahead between what the china is that people feel on the ground and a china that we are beginning to understand from outside.
