Actually, i didnt talk about this today, but i actually went to law school, got a law degree as well because i was thinking that i dont want to do medicine, i want to do health policy, i want to be in government, i want to be in the middle of things. But then i took a step back because i realized i really liked seeing patients. There was something about being able to connect with people and making a difference this peoples lives that you cant replicate it in so many other areas of life. Despite all the hard work, thats what brought me back to it. It sounds like something you might read on a hallmark card, but there was something valuable that brought me back into medicine. We are all very familiar. [laughter] he was very generous leading me into his world for a while and i came to understand more about what was going on and in some ways the bottom line is that he was enormously proud of the country and the experience that he had and lets be blunt he also grew up in the educational environment that he hadnt earned much about Tiananmen Square or the details of the cultural revolution but he had the sense that the vision that we had overseas wasnt the vision that he had inside and so i think we are going to see more of that kind of clash in the years ahead between what the china is that people feel on the ground and a china that we are beginning to understand from outside. And equipment is going through and we know this stuff. We have the proof and i know that some people dont want to do that. And i think that we have to be part of this and i would talk about the misfortune to read this blog and feel the stuff that they have put out about that, including very recently, we understand what has happened and i think that that has to be with no ifs, ands or buts. And i think that thats where you start. And my second point goes to the longerterm question of some of my colleagues have said what we see as part of his reactions what is happening its not only that they are putting themselves forward in a new conservative international appealing to traditional stakes were we have traditional family values, but its almost a revolt against this and obviously we all understand the what they need to do is talk about this. A lot of this is what is appealing and they sort of dont want to be in the 21st century. So if he is in power for another 10 years as it likely. We h
