We did see uniformed deputies out here, but frankly, most people we spoke with said they didnt notice him because they were having such a good time at the pumpkin patch, but they did like that they were here. Weve got a couple of pumpkin, large and small. Jonathan skoecoped out the b pumpkins to decorate his halls and he hardly noticed the santa clara sheriffs deputies nearby. I think it gives us an added sense of comfort and it wasnt something we considered coming out tonight. The pumpkin park outside morgan hill said they wanted to pay uniformed deputies to supplement the armed securities in the ground. She didnt want to go on camera. With everything happening, we just want that presence here and just to give people the sense of security.
