You said closed down. Thats east of me. We cant get closer to the scene. That was the same situation for reporters on this story late last night. Theyre still processing it is what im told. That portion is closed off. Police tried to subdue the subject in a Domestic Violence situation. But were told not only was he armed but he was uncooperative. They tried to do so using non violence methods. After 7 00, a woman claimed the suspect was b others. When officers arrived to her home to interview and other witnesses, the suspect came back. Officers watched him illegally enter the victims home. A team of officers instructed the man to come out which he did, but he was allegedly advancing towards the officers. He ignored their commands and they tasered him. He continued to advance towards them so they had to make the decision to fire the weapons. The suspect was taken to the local hospital where he was pronounced dead. A portion of college is closed off just east of new york and shields. The

This block party at legacy high school. Its been less than a week since the school bus carrying the Football Team crashed at the denver airport. Three coaches injured and the driver dead. Not just football coaches. They are teachers. Part of the community. Everybody knows them. Reporter the school planned this block party weeks in advance but decided to collect donations for the victims. Tonight giving students a chance to be students after a theres been a lot of support and love. To the Football Players and coaches. Its been amazing. Deputies say he slipped a note to a teller at key bank on chat field avenue off wadsworth boulevard near the reservoir. He was armed and wanted to make a withdrawal the note said. The suspect is in his mid 20s, 5 6, approximately 180 pounds, muscular build. No weapon was seen. If you recognize the suspect, you can leave an anonymous tip with crime stoppers, 720913 stop.
