Police received a 911 call from a what do you mean who said she background her 2yearold daughter in the bath tub. Officers found the lifeless child. The child was rushed to Saint Louise Regional Hospital where she died. Police found Marcie Montelongo less than a mile away near the intersection of miller and first street where she confessed to the killing. Reporter Contra Costa County Sheriffs Department says on halloween night about 8 30 p. M. Police were helping with a Home Invasion robbery that led officers to oakland. But it is unclear what, if any, impact it had on the Response Time to the complaint.
