We begin with the top story over the weekend, defiant rick perry says he will overcome what he calls a political prosecution after being indicted on abuse of power charges. The legal fight threatens to undermine the texas governors political makeover since his disastrous president ial run in 2012. Peter cook has more on the case meanst perry and what it for his future.
