The head of state was asked on how the situation in the rural areas can be rectified: the range of products in villages and even agrotowns is much worse than that in the Belarusian capital and even on the district scale, while Belcoopsouyz is giving up its positions to sole traders who think only about their own profit.
At the end of last year, mutual trade between our countries surged by more than 40%.This year, we also have a positive trend in terns of merchandise export, which attests to the strong demand for Belarusian products in Novosibirsk Oblast.
Belkoopsoyuz's problems cannot be solved without assistance on the part of local authorities, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said as he took part in the general meeting of the Belarusian National Union of Consumer Societies Belkoopsoyuz.
"You are probably the only successful example of a trendy concept of public-private partnership, when it is not about idle talk and meaningless projects aimed to make money fast (preferably at the expense of the budget), but about the result and real work that is sometimes done not in the most comfortable conditions,” Aleksandr Lukashenko said.
“As a result of the deplorable state of finances is low wages. The quality of personnel and motivation depend on how much you pay to ordinary people,” Aleksandr Lukashenko noted.
