The westbound lanes they are starting to slow down. Thats your average speed here. And we are seeing red right now. Not a lot of volume out there. Penndot tells me it will be the 27th weather response the season and its used 161,000 tons of salt. In southeastern pennsylvania they have 20,000 tons left and they do have the ability to get more if they need it and hopefully they wont so says the young lady that came to our piece of the earth for spring break to escape the cold in wyoming. I would be upset if it snows for a while. You didnt come here for spring break to get snow. No. I came here to get away from the snow.
