Could that explain why my friend was stuck in that for months . Needing too much rehab because his rehab care went over 30days . And he could have maybe been rehabbed to ninety and stayed in town and not be dumped out of county to antioc h. If thereof there have only been so many people taking advantage of this program in a 5 year period that means its had a miserable rate of success. To these voucher programs . I think its been outstanding. The level to which our residents have beening a gaouing to participate in the discussion versus outright saying we are against the project, we will not participate and oppose at all costs. I think that speaks to the level of respect and dedication people have both to their neighborhood but also to the city as a whole. So i think there are a lot of great things moving forward. I think the design is beautiful. There is a great architect in place. I think warriors have been great in initiating this outreach process with the neighborhood. You know, rick, i think you have been a great spokesperson for the warriors and i appreciate your ability to listen and engage in that feedback. We havent always seen that with developers that come i want the city. Of course i have concerns. It is a very expensive site. The thing is one of the Unsung Community Heros to get us to do that is abu, from bay view Hunters Point. What is historic is abu has pushed to advance community opportunity, particularly in southeast sector bay view Hunters Point. Abu stepped up and signed onto a historic letter of commitment to do local hiring, work with labor, community, the warriors, the developer, the contractor and i think we got what we need as far as fiscal feasibility.
