A young woman talks about being with Oliver Williams and in his final moments. She hopes his family find comfort in the fact he was not alone when he died. Good evening. Shes also wheelchair bound and legally deaf. She got on the train that day she got a really uneasy feeling about a barefoot man who got on the train with her. His behavior was erratic. And i just kind of got uncomfortable. She saw the shoeless man enter the train car and tried to steal a shoe from a sleeping homeless man.
