Moving to a different servicer affords a different opportunity and some other tools to be able to move it. And i think its also about treating different buckets of delinquent loans even differently. Selling off decent condition notes is very different than selling a bunch of vacants. We havent seen real different treatment from the bulk sales programs. Going forward, maybe we do trstop that a little bit more. If your fha and servicers cant, or you dont want to do principal reduction, there is this idea that the note buyers getting a discount will be in a better position than economically incentive to do principal reduction. Iraq is still very much an experiment. One, i think the feeling that i got throughout the country is that there is still discussion about what this state represents, what it should be. And an idea that we in washington sometimes see as a divided nation that wants and should be formally split into three entities is in fact not there in many respects. Iraq is still trying to figure out in itself what the relationship should be between the communities, how it should treat its neighbors, how to redefine its identity both in terms of its relationship with iran, the u. S. And its arab partners. One thing that i think we should be looking at very clearly is the u. S. Should be encouraging that process forward. The more we encourage iraqis to discover a new process that reaches reconciliation as ambassador was mentioning i think more iraq will be stable. Definitely what the fight around daesh and isis requires that process to move forward. Thats really my viewpoint on where iraq is today. And

I hope the Principle Deputy assistant attorney general Karl Thompson and his team would adhere to the plain text of the statute and to our obvious intent and grant the Inspector General unfettered access to every document in the departments position. If the office of Legal Counsel find ambiguity to hold in place any of them on the Inspector Generals access to information, the house judiciary should be the first to act to correct their mistaken impression. Happening in terms of natural gas in the production generated in this country that is far less polluting than coal, and i think on that. Eed to focus we need to look at the carbon generating coal fire plant and make sure that we are not having to dramatic and impact or having a dramatic impact on rate payers, and also, we have to be concerned about the economy in the areas that are dealing with this. I believe we have to get away from carbon generators as the primary source of energy in this country, and this is one way that needs to be explored to do that.
