Ben lowman Santa Cruz Mountains also had over an inch of rain. Were a little were almost done. I mean, there are some little light drizzle, mist out there, but were rounding third and heading for home in this system. 60s and 70s on the temps, looks like a cool week, especially after wednesday. More on that in about ten minutes. All right. Sounds here. You know what the nice thing about rain is, sal . Whats that . No cones. Oh, yeah. No construction work. Or at least very little of it. Steve, youre absolutely right. They dont want to be doing that kind of work right now. The bay bridge, you can see there is traffic there, but its very, very light. And no major issues right now. Highway four does have a decent commute from pittsburgh to bay point to concord and then the rest of the bay area commute is off to a very nice start, i

Santa clara county association of realtors data found the median Single Family home price hit 2 million for the first time in april. Were talking the midpoint between the highest home sales price and the lowest. T data shows the top three median prices were in Los Altos Hills at 5. 8 million, monte sereno 4. 5, and saratoga at 4. 2. Only five cities in the south bay are under the median san jose at 1. 7 million, along with san martin, milpitas, morgan hill and gilroy. Scc president Michelle Perry says there are only about 700 homes for sale, and low inventory drives prices up. It has been a problem for many years and now its just out of control. The demand will not go away because the inventory is just too low. So, there needs to be significant amount of homes built in a short period of time, and we just dont see that happening. Real estate expert brad gill says its not just
