Several years now, been on a couple of panels together. And i want folks to know about joey. What was he like, and what happened to him . Hmm, well, joey was a senior at Arizona State university when we got the the horrible news that he had passed away in his bedroom overnight after a college party. Hed been out with friends the night before, and theyd gone to the nightclubs in the area to celebrate a birthday and an early graduation for a friend. Came back to his apartment, and he basically just went to sleep and didnt wake up. I would describe joey as pretty much the allamerican kid. He loved sports. While he was i think he started four like 4 years old all the way through high school, he was playing virtually every sport you could imagine. His special love was football, and he played football the last four years of his high school time, but. He was just a really fun guy to be around. He was everybodys friend. He walked in the room, and everybody was attracted to him. He was beautifu
Old chancellor pay. What do you guys think about it . The purpose it says in the article is to allow top line academics before diving in and teaching again. You should get the salary that youre back as a teacher not as the chancellors salary. How top flight do they consider him . Are they afraid of losing him. Right. That could be, you know weve heard that argument before. Were afraid of losing these top people. Sure. That we need to run this top it is the Top Public University in the country. One teacher, half a Million Dollars. Seems like a lot. Yeah. Because it is. Because it is. 400 million is quite a lot. If it is the contract that he signed going in, we cant take it away. Might there be a review for the future . I think there might be. Students are being told their tuition is going up, paying more for books. On the very bottom end, students would say thats not right. Good afternoon. Everyone welcome to rancho del the ramp in the sky. You can see where president reagan spent so much time here in this beautiful setting. Im chairman of the reagan ranch board of governors. Young Americans Foundation purchased the reagan ranch almost two decades ago. Our goals are to preserve it as a Historic Property. An important Historic Property and to use it as a vehicle to train and to educate Young Americans about president reagans principles of limited Government Economic growth and an Important Role for america in todays world. There was no issue that president reagan was more identified with than tax reform. Reagan sponsored two major tax bills one he signed right here in 1981. And the second that reformed the tax code for the last time in 1986. As reagan said in a national address, in may 1985, for the sake of fairness and growth, he must radically change the structure of a tax system that treats our earnings as probably property of Internal Revenue service.
