License-less driver causes accident
On Monday, April 19, an officer was dispatched to 196 Pond St. where a two car motor vehicle crash had taken place.
Upon arrival, the officer found a black Toyota Tacoma in the westbound lane situated behind a silver Toyota Prius.
The operator of the Tacoma, a female from Hull, informed the attending officer that both cars had been stopped at a red light when the operator of the Prius put his vehicle in reverse and backed into her.
The driver of the Prius, a male from Fall River, stated that he was attempting to make space for a vehicle exiting John’s Car Care on 3A.

Information sought on van driver who approached teenage girl
Police are seeking help identifying a man who approached a teenage girl on Beechwood Street Tuesday, March 9.
The male, white and believed to be between 30 and 40 years old, approached the girl in a white cargo van. Police said that the girl reported being offered a ride by the man.
The girl stated to police that the man drove away upon her refusal. The incident occurred on the 400 block of Beechwood Street in the area of Doane Street near the gate to Wompatuck State Park.
Police stated that while no crime was committed, they are interested in identifying the man. A call for information has been put out through the Department Facebook page and an investigation is ongoing.
