Men rob store on Avalon Drive in Hamilton

14:01, Jul 29 2021 GOOGLE MAPS A store in Hamilton has been robbed by a group of men. Emergency services were called to the robbery on Avalon Drive about 7.10am on Thursday, a police spokeswoman said. Two or three men entered the store and stole a number of items before leaving in a vehicle. No weapons were reported, but one person was hit. Four injured in Hamilton crash, weather downs trees around the city

Meanwhile, rainy and windy weather downed two trees on the outskirts of Hamilton. A tree fell on a passing car in Puketaha Road about 11.40am, Simpson said.
