A Kerala court has rejected a complaint alleging corruption by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and various officials back in 2019 in connection with a government order permitting removal of sand from the Thottappally coastal area in Alappuzha district.
The Karnataka High Court has dismissed a petition challenging the initiation of a probe by the SFIO against Exalogic Solutions, a software company owned by Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan's daughter Veena Thaikkandiyil.
The Karnataka High Court on Friday (February 16) dismissed the petition filed by Exalogic Solutions Private Ltd - a company of which Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan s daughter Veena Vijayan is.
Exalogic Solutions came under the scanner after the Income Tax Interim Settlement Board disallowed claims by Cochin Minerals and Rutile Ltd to exempt a payment of Rs 1.72 crore made to Veena Vijayan’s company.
