There have been organizations and we have much more progress to make, and i look forward to new ideas that come out of this and i want to mention a few years ago, the number of leaders from the Fishermans Wharf came to my office and wanted to think about the out reach to more diverse job applicants and we worked to kick off a job fair in the day view and the plaza and we are continuing to do these out reaches throughout the city and but this is just one of many ideas that i know have been discussed and we need to do more and we look forward to the conversation that we have.
