It happened about 10 30 this afternoon. Right now what you are seeing is an overwhelming police response, ambulances, other Law Enforcement continue to pour in. We saw correctional Emergency Response and tactical teams along with the fbi has been on scene. Its been reported by recorded phone call from inside the prison to local news Journal Newspaper that inmates want better treatment. That may be the reason for this takeover.
