Police responded to the report of a car doing donuts in the intersection about 9 30 last night. When cph officers arrived, they began the chase but ended it because of the danger to pedestrian. The victims car ran several red lights and hitting a taxi and bursting into flames. It hit a taxi car and the taxi car driver was on the stretcher and they were putting out a fire in the car.
