A woman and her ellerly gunman fought off two elderly mother fought off two gunmen. The screams of a 76yearold woman as she fights for her life. The attack happened suddenly, first one man and then another stormed into the home on dorcas street and ransacked the house. The invaders pistol whipped the woman and knocked her to the ground. Ramirez pleaded guilty to using disability checks for partying and gambling. A main lineman faces charges after police say he performed a lewd act on himself while staring at his neighbors 5yearold daughter. Radnor Township Police arrested kevin martman on multiple offenses. They say he was in his backyard watching the girl play in her backyard when he exposed himself. Hartmann confessed to the crime. The neighbor says the lewd behavior happened at least eight times. A panel of judges has ruled that congressman chaka fattahs private emails are not protected from federal investigators. That clears the way for prosecutors to sift through seven years worth of e merrills on his Gmail Account which was also used for work. Theres no policy that prevents members of the house from using private email accounts to conduct congressional business. He tried to claim congressional privilege to keep investigators out of his inbox but he was denied. Hes accused of misusing congressional influence and stealing taxpayer money and charitable donations. This morning, police are searching for the gunman who killed one student and injured two others near Sacramento City college in california. The shooting happened in the Campus Parking lot near a baseball field yesterday. Police have not said what led up to thee q violence and at this point, theyre not sure if the gunman knew the students. In st. Louis, a 16yearold boy is dead at the hands of an 11yearold. Police say the 11yearold was home alone with a toddler when a teen and another person forced their way inside. The 11yearold shot the teen in the head. The mother of the shooter says she bought the gun for protection after her home was the target of burglaries. Police are investigating. Lawyers will push for the Death Penalty for that man accused of the killing of nine people in a South Carolina church back in june. Dylann roof facing nine counts of murder.
