Reporter the victim says the suspect rammed her at high speed, not far from where police say he started a fire in the hills of uc berkeley. Alfredo bautista is in jail charged with crimes including arson for using a cigarette lighter to start the grizzly peak fire on wednesday. The fire burned 20 acres, injured a firefighter and took days to control. Police say the crimes those crimes began that morning when he pointed a rifle at a couple.
