Police say 32yearold Humberto Martinez led them on a chase yesterday afternoon and then ran into a home on hillview drive, where he used to live. When officers caught him, they say he actively resisted and even bit an officer on the hand. They used a taser which proved ineffective. Eventually other officers arrived on the scene and handcuffed martinez. They say he then became unresponsive. Martinez later died at the hospital. No word if he had any medical conditions. Police say his history includes terroristic threats, assault with a firearm, and it domestic violence. He has served time in prison and had an outstanding felony warrant for drugs. A San Francisco Police Officer has been arrested for illegally owning and manufacturing an ar15 assault rifle. Officer Thomas Abramson surrendered this morning. The 18 year veteran Thomas Abrahamsen is on unpaid administrative leave. Firefighters fought a fire of a big rig that crashed this morning.
