You can see his wife trying to get her cash back in the video when someone pulls it from her and takes off. Police say these people will be investigated too but offer up a chance for redemption by saying give the money back. This is probably one of your neighbors, probably a store that you frequent daily, if not weekly and this is this guys livelihood.
