That means south jersey and delaware, there likely will be some widespread flash flooding overnight. Were looking at rainfall there about two to 4 inches. Locally areas could get more than 4inches especially any areas that do get hit with a thunderstorm. So, timing it out, late tonight, the impact scale with that heavy rain will be high.
