If the National Weather service lifted it a little bit early since it looks like the heaviest rain will be pulling out tomorrow morning. So, these are the changes since yesterday. Delaware, south jersey really the focus of the hardest hit rain. Some areas, same areas got the heavy rain last weekend unfortunately getting it again. That means south jersey and delaware, there likely will be some widespread flash flooding overnight. Were looking at rainfall there about two to 4 inches. Locally areas could get more than 4inches especially any areas that do get hit with a thunderstorm. So, timing it out, late tonight, the impact scale with that heavy rain will be high.
