It will influence our temperatures downtown, a little bit in san jose. Right now its 66 degrees. The numbers continue to climb to the Early Morning hours here. 55 degrees and mild visibility, 62 in San Francisco. Heres the plan for the rest of the day. Winds have been light at about 5 miles an hour out of the west. Take a look what happens throughout the afternoon. The fog is still off the coast but the winds 10 to 15 miles an hour and we will see sunny skies here. Police have barricades ready to deal with what is sure to be a zoo. At an actual zoo animal keepers in oakland are trying to keep the animals warm. These tortoises are not used to frigid nights. A lot of our animals at the zoo come from more tropical environments and need more heat than we have in the bay area. Reporter the zoo double checks the Heating Systems and added more heat lamps ahead of the cold. The tortoises have their own heated barn the barn usually stays above 70 degrees so its good temperatures for these guys. Reporter the dog days are long gone. As evidenced by luckys added layer. Good evening hello castro welcome, welcome to night two of our celebration we had fun metroing last time and go giants clapping. im supervisor wiener and i have the honor of representing this district at the board of supervisors it is w with great you honor i present to you our new castro street sidewalks clapping. was a few years ago that the government sat down we we said we need to do something for this amazing street that has seen hiv negative needs to be approved and the situations need to be wider and we pulled and got it done this is what we have today clapping and ive had the honor of living in the castro for the last 17 years and ive seen people in this producing crowd for 20 and thirty and 40 and 50 years theyve seen the ups and downs and the good thing about the castro street this is such a Resilient Community that takes a punch through the gay bashing at worse of the aids etch depg and this community has come through stronger every single time clapping and so, now we take o
