Big rig driver swerved to avoid a black camry that stopped in the slow lane. In fact, the video youre seeing is the driver of that camry that was stopped in the slow lane. Thats that driver being handcuffed. Were being told according to chp that this camry driver was passed out in the car. Its unclear exactly why that driver was passed out, but the big rig did avoid that black camry but in the process, that big rig did overturn. Now the good news, guys, is that there were no injuries in all of this to either to the driver of that big rig, as you see theyre starting to work on trying to tow this car, guys but were being told the camry driver was arrested, but theyre expecting the freeway to reopen sometime before 7 00 a.
