Chillito teaches Chinese martial arts | The Patriot On Sunday

Despite the deadly COVID-19 pandemic, Bethuel Chillito Mmoloki, an enthusiast of Chinese culture is teaching Wushu, or Chinese martial arts, to local teenagers in Gaborone. Mmoloki runs his business Red Dragon Martial Arts, which was established back in 2016 and was registered with Botswana National Wushu Federation in 2018. The 31-year-old man told Xinhua that he was introduced to Kung fu at seven years old in Ramotswa by a Chinese master Jade Wong who had a school at the time in Botswana. “Red Dragon Martial Arts teaches southern Shaolin, Five Animals’ style, basic Tai Chi and Bagua Zhang style and also we teach our students on how to improve personal energy and flexibility, enhanced and conditioning of the body as well as the benefits of the mental and emotional states,” he says.

(Photo/ANI) ITBP to strengthen its Chinese Kung Fu team, to recruit players and coaches ANI | Updated: Mar 05, 2021 16:28 IST By Ankur Sharma New Delhi [India], March 5 (ANI): Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) has decided to strengthen its team of Wushu after their women s team secured the first position in the national Wushu championship. The female team of Wushu, a Chinese Kung Fu, has six players that will be increased to 20. The men s team will also increase its players by the same number. ITBP first introduced its women team in September 2019 in Chinese Kung Fu.
