Naxal attack in Dantewada: At least 11 people, including 10 District Reserve Guard (DRG) jawans, were killed in a Naxal attack in Dantewada district of Chhattisgarh. The attack was carried out with an IED when the jawans were returning from an anti-Maoist operation. In their letter, the Maoists are learnt to have written that security forces were creating problems for locals, and also mentioned the March 25 visit of Union Home Minister Amit Shah to the state, when he attended the 84th CRPF Day in Jagdalpur.
