The chp shut down the canal on ramp. No one was hit. Two people were hurt on a shooting on eastbound 580 in oakland. And traffic is still a mess in San Franciscos Marina District after a deadly accident closed lombard street for more than four hours today. The crash happened around noon. Police say a car was speeding downhill on divisadero street. It ran a red lilt aght and slam into a white prius. One man later died. A woman remains in critical condition. New details tonight in the capture of two escaped Santa Clara County inmates. Authorities caught rogelio chavez. He tried to hide the tattoo on his face to avoid being recognized.
