Now that we have the beds, we come down here and make the announcement. You can go to the Salvation Army, take your belongings with you, youll be treated with dignity and respect. If you have somewhere else to go, you can pack up your stuff and youre free to go. But if you refuse to leave, in that case then i have to enforce the camping ordinance to make an arrest.
