Us attorney kevin techau announced charges against four of the nine for smuggling cell phones and drugs into the prison earlier this month. Since then, an investigation found serious violations of security practices against another five employees. They arent facing any charges and left their positions on their own. The city of dubuque is expanding its yard lighting reimbursement program. Its part of an effort to increase safety city wide.
