Commission and they all knew it wasnt true but they did it anyway. Why . Because they got away with it because they knew it would go to the task force and for some reason you want people to believe that the Sunshine Ordinance Task force is a group that doesnt know what theyre doing and youre more clever than they are because you can find a way there is something they did in some way that made it wrong and youre unwilling to do anything to correct the situation and theres never anything on this report that indicates you ever will. David pilpel again speaking as an idea. The report is good, comprehensive as usual. I think it would be helpful for the next few months up to the november election to include a category here for public financing. I believe there is only one candidate qualified but i think reporting on payments under the finance program would serve the publics interest and if there is anything else to report on the disclosure for november. I anticipate a lot of activity for. Ca
Funding wasnt continued. Some of the money that we had anticipated to use for the position wasnt used last year. Public comment . Commissioners, i promised at the last meeting as this comes up every meeting im going to be talking about different area. I would like to talk about area two, investigation and enforcement reports and says at the bottom sunshine ordinance number of complaints and with that is the extent of the sunshine ordinance. Look on your website. Part of your responsibility is enforcing the sunshine ordinance and every time the Sunshine Task force refers a complaint you sit here and kib etz and talk about the fact this isnt clear and this isnt clear so when are you going to do something about it . We just did. With all due respect commissioner keane this discussion has been going on for five years, the discussion on who is gets included on the complaint. I did that and i had the task force take that off. The reason is they went through two years of discussion and were t
Stronger bay area. Thank you so much. applause thank you, milicent. Next we have nate blajarzek, cofounder of air b b. It was november of this past year when super storm sandy hit new york. It was an unprecedented event for the region. And in the midst of this disaster, we were really inspired by something we saw within our own community on air b b. Users of the air b b platform were updating their profiles to say if youre a new yorker and you need a place to stay tonight, ill take you into my home, no money. And we started seeing this, and we were really inspired. And we asked ourselves, what can we do to promote this further . And so over the next couple days we sent emails to our community, encouraging others to open up their homes. And we fundamentally changed how our system worked. We did away with the concept of payments so people could open their homes for free. We did away with our service fees and we created a landing page to organize information and get the word out about wha
Was a knife that did it so nobody could be held responsible. I have nothing to do with miss patterson and i am not sure that she was working with the Arts Commission at the time that i made the request on behalf of the Library Users association and she had nothing to do and she knows nothing personally about this. It is all what she has heard about. She is the employee of the Arts Commission, and the head of the Arts Commissioner at the very least ought to be considered responsible, and especially given the insistence and the long time. Of the Arts Commission over many months over a year and a half old complaint and the defiance over men months and i suspect that she will be in deep trouble if she on her own decided to turn any information over to me that they have not yet. And that is because the head is involved, and now, if he were ko tom here and say that i am not involved, it is the mayor, because that is how i got appointed, or the City Attorney because that is who i follow relig

But within the chaos and tears lies an oasis of aid located at the very epicenter of Case Library itself. .
