He said before this he saw the suspect walking down the street and police in an unmark car showing up to arrest him he was fidgeting as he was walking and looked back at me and looked back at the officer. Reporter he said the suspect tried to get away and ended up in a struggle with the two officer they told him to stop resisting . Reporter he heard five to seven shots.
