Town s U18s recorded their first victory of the league season on Saturday morning with a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Aston Villa at Playford Road. A first-half freekick from Caolan Lavery was enough to separate the sides.
It was literally a game of two halves for the Blues U18s when they visited Dereham Town this afternoon. The youngsters took on the Ridgeons League Premier Division side in the first 45 minutes, then Ryman League Division One North team Needham Market in the second.
Academy central defender Nicolay Schrøder has joined hometown club Frigg Oslo on loan in order to get games under his belt after an injury-hit season with the Blues. The second-year scholar, who was with Frigg prior to joining Town, has had his time at Playford Road
