There was an absolute problem on saturday. The extent of the effect of the actual disruption affected some of our communication systems. At the airport we have been handing out individual letters with specific instructions to follow in order to deal with the individual problems. We will continue to do so, we have a back log right now on social media but we will attend to it. We will not stop until we have actually answered each and every message.
