One of five people charged in a shooting that wounded two men in a Whittaker Street home last year was not sentenced as scheduled Tuesday.
Ontario Court Justice Randall Lalande was told a Gladue report on Richard Derouin, 24, was not ready, so his sentencing was delayed. As a result, a new sentencing date will be set in video bail remand court on May 6.
