Claims have been made that at many as 20 officers had sex with the same minor and racist texts sent to at least four other officers in the department. We have an exclusive look at the Text Messages. Were told they were sent in 2014. One shows a cereal box with a kkk picture on it. And another shows a kkk rally with an obscene caption. The mayor says its important to note that the texts were sent by africanamerican officers. The Community Needs this hospital. Reporter the icu is quiet, no names on the patient board, empty beds left behind. Its hard to clean out the hospital, take everything out. Reporter dmc has been struggling financially for years. 80 of its patients were low income or uninsured. People around here arent going to know where to go or, you know, who to turn to. And its sad for the community. Reporter the hospital limped along with a 20 million a year deficit and stopgap funding over the last several years. There was no way to keep the hospital another day. Reporter this urgent care facility just opened across the street. But its only open between noon and 8 p. M. It can only serve 48 people a day. The emergency room at the hospital served 80.
