And then the south bay things are looking greatly there. There was however a fatal accident unfortunately on northbound 280 this morning. That is where you find Tara Moriarty live on the the scene near interstate 280 in los altos. Tara, what can you tell us . Reporter we know the accident cleared a little after 4 00. So all northbound lanes of 280 are now open. Now this deadly crash happened around 1 45 this morning. We know the chp says the driver of a black bmw lost control and flipped their car. The person inside killed. We are not sure about the condition of that driver. The chp shut down several northbound lanes for two hours. Southbound lanes not effected. The coroner has removed the body from the roadway and right now the family is being mauved. We dont know exactly what caused the crash but the freeway is pretty slippery from the drizzle.
