So, mona chan is one of the clerks in the inhome Supportive Service and i think that one of the things that often happens in operations like ours is that we forget that there are a lot of people who are behind the scenes who work really hard to support all of the work that we do and all of the work that we do with the San Francisco residents and so i just waned to say quickly before i read what your colleagues have written about you mona, that she is part of a really Important Team and ihss, and she is one of the clerks, and her supervisor is here, and the clerks just do an incredible job.
