Reporter West Virginia state police are confirming there are two people dead in this coal mining accident. We are told two people are trapped now police are confirming two people dead. There are reports of people dead but fox has not confirmed the names. We now know they did not survive. Police say their bodies have been recovered. Bill . We know what happened . Reporter according to the Health Mine Safety it was ground failure. It was a coal outburst. Its a sudden outburst of coal and gas. Thats coming in that this was caused by a coal outburst at the brody mine number one in boone county. Its owned by patriot coal based in st. Louis, missouri. This mine had 253 significant and substantial infractions against it in 2013. Coal mining is a very dangerous industry and there are a lot of rules and regulations so its not unusual there would be some sort of infractions a mine might have. would not allow that to happen. they re personally appealing to have president obama, office of personnel management make a rule that would allow the government to continue that 75% subsidy just when they buy health care on the exchanges. bill: byron, there s a whole lot in that answer there. does this mean that members of congress and the people who work for them will get better health care under obamacare because they get an exception as opposed to rest of the america? they obviously don t think so because if they actually went on the exchanges like everybody else, they re saying, you mentioned it earlier, gee, all of our best staff would leave. there will be members of congress who will quit because this will cost so much. they re saying it would really decimate congress. what they want to do is find a way to continue that subsidy. the amazing thing is, the president is a big picture guy. he usually doesn t enter into personnel matters but when he went to visit democrats in congre
